NAVQ – Terms of Service

Welcome to NAVQ – the world’s first Social Intelligence Media & Crisis Navigator. NAVQ is designed to provide individuals, organizations, and communities with access to real-time security intelligence, risk analyses, and preparedness tools.

By downloading, registering, or using NAVQ, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use NAVQ.

1. Scope of Service

NAVQ provides access to:

• Aggregated, verified global news relevant to security, defense, and crisis.
• Risk analyses on countries, regions, and leaders.
• Crisis procedures and guidelines for emergencies (e.g., terror attacks, blackouts, phishing).
• Global camera feeds and intelligence data from multiple continents.
• Social Intelligence Media: a platform where users can share, engage, and connect with like-minded individuals.
• Predictive risk models (in development), offering forward-looking insights into urban and rural threats.

NAVQ is an information and intelligence platform, not an emergency response service. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

2. Global Availability

• NAVQ is intended for worldwide use. Certain features may not be available in all jurisdictions due to local regulations.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of NAVQ complies with the laws of their country of residence.
• Access may be restricted in regions subject to sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions.

3. User Accounts

• Some features of NAVQ require registration and account creation.
• Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account.
• NAVQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use

By using NAVQ, Users agree not to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Engage in harassment, misinformation, or criminal activity.
• Attempt to interfere with NAVQ’s systems or bypass security protocols.
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute NAVQ content without authorization.
• Use NAVQ for political propaganda, unlawful surveillance, or activities that may violate international law.

NAVQ reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove user-generated content that violates these rules.

5. Subscription & Payment

• NAVQ operates on a subscription model with different tiers of access (e.g., Tier 1–3).
• Features and privileges depend on the User’s subscription plan.
• Payments are processed via authorized third-party providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided only where legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

• All NAVQ content, including but not limited to software, design, algorithms, reports, analyses, and branding, is the exclusive property of Foreus AI Systems GmbH or licensed partners.
• Users may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit NAVQ content without written permission.
• User-generated content remains the property of the User; however, by posting, Users grant NAVQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share such content within the platform.

7. Data & Privacy

• NAVQ collects and processes data in accordance with the NAVQ Privacy Policy.
• This includes account data, subscription details, analytics, and (where enabled) geolocation data to improve risk assessments.
• NAVQ does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data may be stored and processed in multiple jurisdictions to ensure reliability and global access.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• NAVQ provides information “as is” without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• NAVQ is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or third-party data sources.
• NAVQ is not a substitute for government-issued alerts, legal advice, or official emergency services.
• Users acknowledge that reliance on NAVQ is at their own risk.

9. Termination of Service

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
• NAVQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, fraud or unlawful use is detected, or user activity poses risks to NAVQ’s integrity.
• Upon termination, all rights to use NAVQ features immediately end.

10. Updates & Modifications

• NAVQ may update these Terms, app features, or subscription models at any time.
• Users will be notified of material changes.
• Continued use of NAVQ constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
• Place of jurisdiction: Vienna, Austria.
• International users agree that disputes will be subject to Austrian jurisdiction.
